To achieve this mission, anembo builds continuous environmental, social and economic improvements into all aspects of its business. To do this, we have identified the following policy elements, and are committed to their implementation:

1. We identify and promote products and services that represent excellence and best practice in terms of achieving environmentally sustainable outcomes;
2. We ensure our clients receive the best advice to maximise environmental, social and economic benefits, and reduce impacts of their proposals;
3. We lead by example: We incorporate continuous improvement into reducing our ecological footprint, particularly in regards to energy usage, water consumption, waste production and Greenhouse Gas emissions;
4. We recognise that biodiversity is extremely important to our business: We encourage our staff to contribute to the improvement of biodiversity and general environment within our respective communities; and
5. We ensure that our professional activities are honest, trustworthy and built on teamwork to contribute to staff well-being.

Further, we will periodically report on appropriate indicators that measure achievement of the policy elements above.
