Quality Policy

It is the policy of the Organisation to operate a written system with documented procedures for quality management which complies with AS/NZS:ISO 9001:2008.

This policy and our monitored quality objectives will be effectively communicated to our staff. The Organisation is committed to continual improvement in overall quality performance.

The objectives of our quality of service include:

  • Establishing and communicating our vision of the organisation to our customers, to our employees and to society.
  • Providing an environment in which employees are motivated continually to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our service.
  • Ensuring that our customers obtain a prompt service which satisfies their specific needs for landscape architecture and environmental services.
  • Providing employees with suitable infrastructure, tools, equipment, materials and training to allow them to carry out their duties as required.
  • Achieving consistently reliable performance at an economical cost.
  • Maintaining the Organisation’s reputation for service.

Appropriate resources will continually be made available to ensure the policy is implemented in full.

This Quality Policy and our defined Quality Objectives will be reviewed for continued suitability at the Management Review Meeting as part of long term planning.
