Design Rationale
Created gardens along road frontage for setting, identity, and building scaling. Gardens were developed along remaining boundaries for aesthetics, shade, buffering, and Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD). Stormwater is treated in a series of vegetated swales which strip nutrients out of the runoff prior to off-site discharge. Coloured concrete paving patterns were utilised in parking areas to create interest and variety on the ground plain when viewed as a pedestrian or from above within the offices.
