Design Rationale
Incorporating the best of natural and designed elements.  Retained stands of magnificent eucalypts provide a backdrop to lush, protected park areas furnished with recreational facilities.  Walkways, viewing platforms and seating encourage passive use of the scenic lakes with the rustic heritage of the area assimilated into key points of the design. {-{Break}-}

Site boulders, farm fence posts, and site mulch were incorporated and recycled respectively into project landscapes. Natural habitats were protected, enhanced, and rehabilitated with nest boxes installed. Open spaces traverse the site from low land wetland and lake areas to the retained forested hillside park which affords views of Mt. Coolum, the Buderim Escarpment, and Maleny Hinterland hills.
